The dust removal filter bag is the heart of the cloth bag dust collector in the process of operation. Usually, the cylinder type pulse filter bag is suspended vertically in the dust collector. The dust containing gas enters the dust collector through the air inlet and passes through the guide plate of the dust hopper, so that part of the large particle dust in the gas is separated by the action of inertia force and directly falls into the dust hopper. The dusty gas enters the filter bag filter area of the box body, and most of the dust is captured on the outer surface of the filter bag, while the clean gas enters the filter bag through the filter material, and the purified gas enters the upper box through the filter bag mouth, and then is discharged by the outlet. The cage rack inside the filter bag is used to support the filter bag and prevent the collapse of the filter bag. At the same time, it facilitates the action and redistribution of the dust cake. Dust removal filter bag is a kind of efficient dust removal filter material, with good ventilation performance, high dust removal efficiency, and a certain acid, alkali and heat resistance, weaving process using multilateral velvet, improve the fabric thickness, elastic, dust removal strength is very good, dust removal rate can reach 99.999%. Dust bag is made of polyester staple fiber or long fiber as raw material, the service life is generally 4-6 times that of glass fiber fabric, with good air permeability, high dust collection rate, dust removal, dust removal efficiency up to 98.99%.
